With the onset of the pandemic, many small businesses have been disproportionately impacted as consumers became increasingly comfortable purchasing online. When once it was an option, small businesses now require digital solutions to market and grow their business. Brick and mortar businesses must supplement the in-store experience by leveraging technology tools, new approaches to fulfilling customer needs, and technologies for customers to engage with their brand from the comforts of their homes.

The LA Optimized Program is designed to help small businesses access the assistance they need to compete in the digital marketplace. Our teams will help small businesses adapt to this rapidly changing shift in consumer behavior and technological advances by assisting small businesses optimize their businesses for online sales and marketing. In recognition of the setbacks small businesses faced during the pandemic, this program aims to provide the resources, tools, and services necessary to help them remain competitive, grow, and thrive. Most services are free!

Businesses must have a current L.A. City Business Tax Registration Certificate (BTRCT) to apply. Space is limited. Nonprofits are not eligible.
